Summary[]
The task was presented on a cactus. The contestants had to strike Alex with a ball. Alex was not allowed to run, hide or leave the Taskmaster house. However, he could see where the contestants were as their camera was linked to a screen attached to Alex's helmet.
Performance[]
Alan Davies: Alan walked around the house looking for Alex, stopping for a snack, eventually trapping Alex in the living room with the table Alex had moved himself to block the door. He struck Alex in 10 minutes and 22 seconds, receiving 1 point.
Desiree Burch: Desiree struggled to find a ball, then got frustrated at Alex for walking away from her, despite walking herself. She struck Alex in 6 minutes and 3 seconds, receiving 4 points.
Guz Khan: Guz decided to just keep shouting Alex's name as he walked around the house, eventually running once he caught sight of him. He struck Alex in 7 minutes and 29 seconds, receiving 2 points.
Morgana Robinson: Morgana ran around the house to find Alex, trapping him with a bin in front of the front door. She struck Alex in 2 minutes and 4 seconds, receiving 5 points. She received 1 bonus point for calling Alex a "little fucker", so her total for the task was 6 points.
Victoria Coren Mitchell: Victoria immediately found Alex, then got annoyed that he had moved as she walked off to find a ball, claiming that if she could not see him, he was hiding. She struck Alex in 7 minutes and 24 seconds, receiving 3 points.

Trivia[]
- This task was the last time Greg gave bonus points of his own volition, a practice he decided to stop after series 12 as Morgana's bonus point caused her to win the series by 1 point.
