Steve Pemberton is a British actor, comedian, director and writer. He is best known as a member of The League of Gentlemen. Alongside Reece Shearsmith, he also co-wrote and starred in the black comedy Psychoville and the anthology series Inside No. 9. His other notable television credits include Doctor Who, Happy Valley and Mapp and Lucia.
In 2024, Pemberton appeared as a contestant on Series 17, finishing third with 153 points. He was a guest on episode 153 of Taskmaster The Podcast.
