Shake hands with the other 12 gloves and guess their contents was a task featured on Season 3 of Taskmaster Australia, as the fourth task in Tickled in two different ways. The task was won by Aaron Chen.
Setup[]
Location | Taskmaster Retreat |
---|---|
Equipment | Gloves, calendar, various items |
Timing | 10 minutes |
Measurement | Most correctly identified items |
Summary[]
The task was presented inside a wash basin. Contestants had to shake hands with 12 washing gloves to determine their contents. Each glove's contents corresponded to a month of the year, with several clues pointing to the contents. The wash basin had a calendar featuring Tom C posing with each item as pictures, and the items were also written on the inside of the contestant's gloves. The items were:
- Jam
- Fairy bread
- Mars bars
- Apple
- Mayonnaise
- Jeans
- Jelly
- A gust (air from a blow dryer)
- Soap and timber
- Octopus
- Fake moustaches
- Dice
Performance[]
Aaron Chen: Aaron found the calendar in the wash basin and used the pictures to help guess, accidentally bursting the mayo and jelly gloves while he shook. He correctly guessed 9.5 gloves. Aaron received 5 points.
Concetta Caristo: Concetta excitedly shook hands with the gloves, repeatedly guessing that they were filled with cum. She correctly guessed 4 gloves. Concetta received 2 points.
Mel Buttle: Mel shook hands with the gloves, at one point accidentally bursting the jam-filled one. She correctly guessed 5 gloves. Mel received 3 points.
Peter Helliar: Pete shook hands with the gloves in reverse order, being the only person not to correctly guess "air." He correctly guessed 2 gloves. Pete received 1 point.
Rhys Nicholson: Rhys shook hands with the gloves in reverse order, miraculously guessing fake moustaches without any clues. As their guess of "wood chips and an automatic car key" was deemed half right, they correctly guessed 6.5 gloves. Rhys received 4 points.
