Recreate the picture that Alex is holding was a task featured on the 2023 Taskmaster's New Year Treat special of Taskmaster, as the third task in That's a swizz. The task was won by Greg James and Self Esteem, who both received 4 points.

Summary[]
The task was presented under the massage chair. The contestants had to recreate the picture Alex was holding whilst keeping their head in the massage chair. They could see the picture for 5 seconds at the start of the task, and an additional 3 seconds for every time they landed a ball in the bucket. Due to the angle of the chair, the contestants were provided with a mirror so they could see the canvas Alex also provided a massage for the contestants during their attempt.
Performance[]
Amelia Dimoldenberg: Amelia refused the massage and brought the canvas to her so she could see it, but decided to label the items in the picture instead of painting them. She received 2 points.
Carol Vorderman: Carol began using the massage tools to help her painting but got frustrated, so threw balls as Alex and threw paint at the canvas, making a mess of her painting. She received 1 point.
Greg James: Greg managed to paint a house surrounded by various objects. He received 4 points.
Mo Farah: Mo stopped painting as soon as the massage began, so only painted a blue house, with a blue blob next to it. He received 3 points.
Self Esteem: Rebecca managed to paint a colorful painting of a house with some objects around it. She received 4 points.
