Summary[]
The task was presented on a water melon on the slide attached to the caravan door. The contestants had to push the watermelon up the slide but only breadsticks could touch the melon at any point of the task. There was a bonus point for the fewest breadsticks used.
Performance[]
David Baddiel: David struggled to get the melon back on the slide after it fell off, in the end smashing breadsticks against it with a mallet, then smashing the watermelon up. He received 0 points.
Ed Gamble: Ed managed to maneuver the watermelon back onto the slide with breadsticks before pushing the melon up the slide with 15 breadsticks. As the only one to complete the task, he received 5 points.
Jo Brand: Jo glued breadsticks to a rubber glove she was wearing to push the watermelon, but Greg decided that glue also touched the watermelon. She was disqualified from the task.
Katy Wix: Katy gaffer taped breadsticks to a rubber glove which used to push the watermelon up the slide. She was disqualified from the task. As she used only 6 breadsticks, she received 1 bonus point.
Rose Matafeo: Rose struggled to get the watermelon up the slide, eventually sliding it up, but kept using her hands to put the melon back on the slide. Despite completing the task in 11 minute and 4 seconds, she was disqualified from the task.
