Most beautiful item was a prize task featured on Series 1 of Taskmaster, as the first task in Down an octave. The task was won by Tim Key.
Summary[]
The contestants had to bring in a prize that best fit the task category of the most beautiful item. The winner of the episode would be able to take home all of the prizes.
Performance[]
Frank Skinner: Frank brought in a country mouse themed vacuum cleaner cover. Roisin commented that it looked like a coy badger. He received 3 points.
Josh Widdicombe: Josh brought in what he claimed to be a magic eye of Greg Davies, which he specially commissioned. On closer inspection, the picture is actually of a duck/chick with a poorly written "Happy Easter" next to it. He received 4 points, because Greg believed that it was an actual picture of him.
Roisin Conaty: Roisin brought in a multicoloured cardigan. She claimed that it was the most beautiful thing she had ever owned. She received 2 points.
Romesh Ranganathan: Romesh brought in a "mother and child" statuette that his mother-in-law had bought at the time that his first child was born. He received 1 point.
Tim Key: Tim brought in a flight to Cologne to see the Cologne Cathedral. It initally carried Romesh's name, but Tim could change the name anytime he wanted. He received 5 points.
