Make the longest cup snake was a task featured on Series 13 of Taskmaster, as the third task in It might be wind. The task was won by Judi Love.

Setup[]

Location Chiltern Open Air Museum
Equipment Cups, barn, blanket
Timing 10 minutes
Measurement Longest cup snake

Summary[]

The task was presented in the head of a "cup snake". The contestants had to make the longest cup snake outside of the barn, with the barn containing 1,000 cups. The contestants were only allowed to leave the barn twice.

Performance[]

Ardal O'Hanlon: Ardal stacked lots of cups and took his stacks outside to construct his cup snake. His cup snake was 8.56 metres long, so he received 2 points.

Bridget Christie: Bridget accidentally stepped outside once, then purposefully stepped out again without stacking any cups, thinking the barn was a decoy. She then got Alex to help her move a log to the barn, leaned through the door to grab some cups to decorate the log with, and placed the cup snake head at the end of the log. Her "cup snake" was allowed and was 5 metres, so she received 1 point.

Chris Ramsey: Chris initially questioned what a cup snake was after guessing there were 1,000 cups, before constructing the cup snake inside of the barn and sliding it out the door. His cup snake was 9.66 metres long, so he received 4 points.

Judi Love: Judi got Alex to help her make large cup stacks inside of the barn, before moving the stacks outside to construct her cup snake. Her cup snake was 11.21 metres long, so she received 5 points.

Sophie Duker: Sophie initially thought the blanket had a hole underneath it, before she stacked lots of cups, rolling her stacks out of the door, and constructed her cup snake outside. Her cup snake was 8.77 meters long, so she received 3 points.
