Summary[]
The task was presented in the lap in front of a mirror. The task's text was mirrored, so the contestants had to hold it up to the mirror to read it. They had to create a the most characterful face on the back of their heads.
Performance[]
Joanne McNally: Joanne put a mannequin head on top of hers, put a wig on it, and had a phone call with it. She received 3 points.
John Robins: John painted the back of his head to resemble Freddie Mercury, putting his clothes on backwards as well. He received 5 points.
Nick Mohammed: Nick strapped a skull on the back on his head, and created a swiveling monocle and used a straw to blow a party horn, claiming the character was Death. He received 2 points.
Sophie Willan: Sophie created a cartoonish character called Lesley using a blanket, a wig, a mannequin hand, giant googly eyes and a top hat, and sang a song supposedly about her husband leaving her. She received 2 points.
Steve Pemberton: Steve used coffee pods, ketchup, cauliflower, elastic bands and glasses, and put boxing gloves on to create a boxer character that punched Alex. He received 4 points.
Trivia[]
- Nick's reflection is removed from the mirrors for much of this task.
- For Steve's attempt, the elastic bands had caused welts to appear on his face for days, which meant filming for tasks had to be delayed.
