London Printworks is a filming location for several pre-recorded tasks in Series 10. It is located in Rotherhithe, South London.

- The episode God's haemorrhoid. (Series 10, Episode 1) featured a task where the contestants had to land the most eggs in a frying pan using the contents of 1 out of 5 boxes. As nobody got any eggs in the frying pan, Daisy May received 1 point for her effort.
- The episode A documentary about a despot. (Series 10, Episode 2) featured a task where the contestants had to get all the exercise balls into the hoops without moving the hoops or getting out of the boat they were on. The task was won by Daisy May.
- The episode Toshwash. (Series 10, Episode 4) featured a task where contestants had to make a mobile phone ring by finding out its number. The task was won by Richard.
- The episode Hippopotamus. (Series 10, Episode 6) featured a task where the contestants had to draw the animal watching them behind a mirror without leaving the room and constantly looking in the mirror. The task was won by Johnny.
- The episode Legit glass. (Series 10, Episode 7) featured a task where the contestants had to swap chickens with a remote control car, get chicken 1 across the finish line with the contestant on a wheelie chair, chicken 2 across the start line on the remote control car, all avoiding the little robots on the course. The task was on by Mawaan.
- The episode Air Horn Andy. (Series 10, Episode 9) featured a task where the contestants had complete the most tasks behind the doors, only moving when the doors when the doors were moving. The task was won by Daisy May.
- The episode Dog meat trifle. (Series 10, Episode 10) featured a task where the contestants had to neatly hang all of Bernard Mannequin's clothes on the clothes rail, without stepping over the line. The task was won by Katherine.
