Hide from Tom inside one of these five items was a task featured on Season 3 of Taskmaster Australia, as the fifth task in A bit of a pickle. The task was won by Rhys Nicholson.

Setup[]

Location Taskmaster Retreat
Equipment Kennel, bathtub, ball pit, closet, tent
Measurement Most accusations

Summary[]

The task was presented on a plinth. The contestants had to hide from Tom C in one of five places. If they successfully hid from Tom, they would be given 20 seconds to change their hiding spot before Tom would reemerge from the shed and guess again.

Performance[]

Aaron Chen: Aaron put the task in front of the bath, then hid in the bath as a "double red herring." Tom was able to see Aaron's knees poking out, so he was found on Tom's 1st accusation. Aaron received 2 points.

Concetta Caristo: Concetta successfully hid in the ball pit, then changed to the bath. Becoming concerned that her "big fat ass" was visible, she tried to change to the closet before Tom emerged from the shed and caught her in the open on his 2nd accusation. Concetta received 3 points.

Mel Buttle: Mel hid inside the tent and lied perfectly still while, unbeknownst to her, high wind speeds caused the ball pit to crash into the closet. Mel remained in the tent throughout, being caught after 3 accusations. Mel received 4 points.

Peter Helliar: Pete hid in the kennel, which Tom guessed on his 1st accusation on Rhys' advice. Pete received 2 points.

Rhys Nicholson: Rhys hid in the ball pit while Tom repeatedly guessed they were in the closet due to the innuendo. Rhys changed their hiding spot multiple times until being caught in the tent on Tom's 9th accusation. After being caught, Rhys suggested to Tom that Pete would hide in the kennel. Rhys received 5 points.
