Summary[]

The task was presented on the table in the hutch. The contestants had to devise the most exciting thumb war against Alex.

Performance[]

Joanne McNally: Joanne invented a game called "Custard and Mustard, Oh My.", where the players must drink a shot of rum and dip all nine fingers in custard, mustard, and peri-peri sauce in order, eat the sauce and spit it off into the bucket, then the winner paste the mix of custard and mustard on the loser's head with their last thumb. Joanne immediately have an advantage against Alex and won. She received 4 points.

John Robins: John and Alex switched outfits and had a jousting duel with "boxing thumbs" while they only communicate with Queen song titles and got their legs strapped, only for John to fall down to the "rings of fire". He received 3 points.

Nick Mohammed: Nick created a paper ring called "Thumbly Stadium," decorated with fenton lights, smoke and an electric piano, and won a thumb war against Alex. He received 3 points.

Sophie Willan: Sophie dressed herself as a Tudor Queen and waltzed with pigeon-head Alex before having a simple classic thumb war, which she immediately lost. She received 1 point.

Steve Pemberton: Steve used various undergarments to dress himself and Alex as thumbs, and created a drama movie of warring thumb characters that ended with them making peace. He received 5 points.
