Get all the exercise balls in the hoops was a task featured on Series 10 of Taskmaster, as the fourth task in A documentary about a despot. The task was won by Daisy May Cooper.
Setup[]
Location | London Printworks |
---|---|
Equipment | Boat on wheels, hoops, exercise balls, helmet |
Measurement | Fastest wins |
Summary[]
The task was presented in the boat. The contestants had to get all the exercise balls in the hoops but they could not leave the boat or move the hoops.
Performance[]
Daisy May Cooper: Daisy moved the boat with her feet, throwing the balls down the other end of the hall, closer to the hoops. She put all the exercise balls in the hoops in 5 minutes and 42 seconds, receiving 5 points.
Johnny Vegas: Johnny thought he had to treat the ground like water, using the paddles to steer the boat around the hall, at one point swiping the air with the paddles in an attempt to move the boat. He put all the exercise balls in the hoops in 22 minutes, receiving 2 points.
Katherine Parkinson: Katherine crawled with the boat, eventually throwing the balls down the other end of the hall, closer to the hoops. She put all the exercise balls in the hoops in 10 minutes and 2 seconds, receiving 3 points.
Mawaan Rizwan: Mawaan moved the boat with his hands, before he started to move the hoops over the exercise balls he started to move. Although he would have come second in the task, as he moved the hoops, he was disqualified from the task.
Richard Herring: Richard initially tried paddling the boat before crawling with it, putting the balls in the boat to transport them. He put all the exercise balls in the hoops in 6 minutes and 33 seconds, receiving 4 points.
Trivia[]
Behind the scenes[]
- Greg compared Johnny saying the task was dehumanising to something you'd hear in "A documentary about a despot", the episode's name.
