Summary[]
The task was presented on the table next to eggs. The contestants had to find the boiled egg. They were allowed to touch 2 eggs and damage 2 eggs, but they were not allowed to damage the boiled egg. The 6 eggs were lined up alphabetically: air, boiled, clingfilmed, dummy, egg (quail's), fresh.
Performance[]
James Acaster: James decided to only touch the egg cups, deducing the red egg was the boiled egg in 4 minutes and 51 seconds. He received 5 points.
Jessica Knappett: Jessica eliminated the air and dummy eggs, but accidentally damaged the boiled egg. She was disqualified from the task.
Kerry Godliman: Kerry touched and damaged the air egg, before damaging the boiled egg. She was disqualified from the task.
Phil Wang: Phil decided use the eggcups to feel the eggs, but ended up damaging the boiled egg with the eggcup. He was disqualified from the task.
Rhod Gilbert: Rhod damaged both the fresh egg and the boiled egg. He was disqualified from the task.

Controversies[]
- The scoreboard erroneously shows that Jessica and Kerry were both awarded 2 points while Phil was awarded 1 point even though only James succeeded in the task. However, the final episode scores do not reflect this change.
