Summary[]
The first task was wrapped around a bouquet of roses. The task instructed them to identify the loveliest thing on the property, then declare "I love you" towards it. Tom C then handed them a second task, which required them to film a meet-cute between themselves and their loveliest thing.
Performance[]
Aaron Chen: Aaron chose a small westie terrier figurine as his loveliest thing. Aaron dressed as a kangaroo jock on his first day at Animal High, forced to sit next to the nerdy Westie. After discovering a shared love of green pasta, the two ascended to space to officiate their love. Aaron received 3 points.
Concetta Caristo: Concetta accidentally chose a paper mache Tom C as her loveliest thing. She filmed their first encounter flirting on a bus, before they both got off at the library and danced together after Concetta was put on hold. Concetta received 5 points.
Mel Buttle: Mel chose the ute as her loveliest thing. She browsed cars at a dealership, where she ran into Peter Peterson, the ute from her high school. They reconnected before Mel purchased him and drove him home. Tom G later pointed out that this was not a first encounter and thus, was not technically a meet-cute. Mel received 2 points.
Peter Helliar: Pete chose 5 jars of sweets as his loveliest thing. After Cindy Gumballs' lamented the loss of her true love, her newly sober friend reveals that he actually lives in the next town over. Pete then emerged from the caravan and reconnected with Cindy and all her friends, before taking Cindy into the caravan to "get sticky." Tom G pointed out that this was not a first encounter and thus, was not technically a meet-cute. Pete received 1 point.
Rhys Nicholson: Rhys chose "the concept of driving" as their loveliest thing. Rhys arrived as a time traveler sent to kill Hitler, accidentally arriving in the year 1903. They were introduced to the concept of driving by Tom C, later killing him to steal his ute. Rhys received 4 points.
