John Robins: John found two newton-meters and connected them to himself and Alex, before they both walked away from each other, creating 98N of literal tension force. He received 3 points.

Nick Mohammed: Nick balanced eggs on rolls of paper balanced in glasses, then whacked the paper, hoping the eggs would fall into the cups. All the eggs missed, and Nick placed the glasses over them before pulling the tablesheet, causing them all to fall on the floor. He received 4 points.

Sophie Willan: Sophie immediately began walking around the room in silence, claiming it was tense. She soon stood on a chair, balanced a teacup on her head, raising a hand and a foot, holding a candle, then hissing at Alex. She received 1 point.

Steve Pemberton: Steve challenged Alex to a game of no-vowels hangman, where the loser had to eat a mix of yoghurt, cheese, and hot sauce. Steve's word was "adjutant", and Alex's word was "nightclub". Steve won the match, so Alex ate the mixture. He received 4 points.
