Summary[]
The task was presented on a space-hopper in the Taskmaster dome. The contestants had to completely paint a space-hopper green without making any mess. They were not allowed to remove the space-hopper from the dome. Greg decided to rank the contestants out of 5 for the three points of criteria: greenest, fastest and cleanest, then points were distributed based on the contestants score for the task (greenest+fastest+cleanest).
Performance[]
Alan Davies: Alan quickly painted the space-hopper with a paintbrush whilst putting a piece of paper on the floor. He was third-fastest with 10 minutes and 51 seconds (3 points), the third-greenest (3 points) and the third-cleanest (3 points). His total score for the task was 9 points, receiving 3 points.
Desiree Burch: Desiree spread paint over the space-hopper with the task, making a little mess. She was second-fastest (4 points), the fourth-greenest (2 points) and the fourth-cleanest (2 points). Her total score for the task was 8 points, receiving 2 points.
Guz Khan: Guz hung the space-hopper from the doorway to paint it, but the space-hopper fell after he slapped it, spreading green spots all over the floor. He was the fastest (5 points), the second-greenest (4 points), and the messiest (1 point). His total score for the task was 10 points, receiving 4 points.
Morgana Robinson: Morgana deflated the space-hopper and put it on a bin-liner to paint it. She was fourth-fastest (2 points), the greenest (5 points) and the second-cleanest (4 points). Her total score for the task was 11 points, receiving 5 points.
Victoria Coren Mitchell: Victoria painted the space-hopper with a paintbrush, spending more time cleaning than ensuring all of the space-hopper had been painted. She the slowest with 21 minutes and 20 seconds (1 point), the least green (1 point) and the cleanest (5 points). Her total score for the task was 7 points, receiving 1 point.
