Setup[]
Location | Taskmaster House |
---|---|
Equipment | Christmas tree bagging machine |
Timing | 20 minutes |
Measurement | Highest score (weight x distance) |
Summary[]
The task was presented in a Christmas tree bagging machine. The contestants had to bag the heaviest distance from the furthest distance, with their score being the weight of the object in grams multiplied by the distance from the machine in centimetres.
Performance[]
Daisy May Cooper: Daisy tried to make a zipwire to send a bag full of bricks into the bagging machine, but ended up just throwing it into the machine. She threw a bag weighing 18.2kg from very close to the machine, scoring 1.8 million and receiving 2 points. (It was never explicitly stated how far away Daisy was from the machine when she threw the bag, but from her score it can be calculated as just under 1 meter.)
Johnny Vegas: Johnny got a man from the public to go through the machine before attaching several items to the man, claiming it was part of him. As he only bagged the man and the items from 10 centimetres away from the bagging machine, he scored 1 million, receiving 1 point.
Katherine Parkinson: Katherine got Alex to push her in a wheelbarrow from the gate to the machine, where she then climbed into the bagging machine, without touching the ground at any point. Katherine bagged herself from 33 metres away, claiming she weighed 22 stone, scoring 47 million and receiving 5 points.
Mawaan Rizwan: Mawaan made a rice rocket with bags of rice inside of a pipe with a boat winch taped to the top of it. He threw his rice rocket weighing 8.6kg from 3 metres away, scoring 2.623 million and receiving 3 points.
Richard Herring: Richard filled a trumpet case with rocks before throwing it into the machine. He threw a trumpet case weighing 15.5kg from 2.7 metres away, scoring 4.1 million and receiving 4 points.
