Alex Horne is a British comedian. He is known for his many Edinburgh Festival Fringe shows, as well as co-hosting BBC Four panel show We Need Answers and web shows No More Women and No More Jockeys with Tim Key and Mark Watson. He has also appeared on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, The Last Leg and Never Mind the Buzzcocks. He is also known for voicing the button on BBC One game show The Button and for his band, The Horne Section.
In 2010, Horne hosted his show The Taskmaster at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and the next year hosted Taskmaster II. He was approached by Avalon about bringing the format to televison, and in 2015, Taskmaster was picked up by Dave. Since then he has been host alongside Greg Davies, playing the role of the assistant.
In 2018, Horne co-hosted the US version of Taskmaster with Reggie Watts, again as the assistant.
He was the guest on episodes 1, 13, 33 and 67 of Taskmaster The Podcast, as well as making cameos on other episodes with his "Your BFF (Bonus Fact Finder)" segments. He was also interviewed on episodes 24 and 100 of Taskmaster: The People's Podcast, in addition to providing teasers for future episodes at the end of each episode.

- Within Taskmaster, he is often introduced as "Little Alex Horne". The title was first used in Little polythene grief cave. before being used more regularly since Friendship is truth.
